We've seen lots of videos of people putting planes in orbit in the past, but this one manages a complete launch profile, it gets into space, launches a space probe and then returns safely to a touchdown on Kerbin. The spaceprobe then performs a mission to the Mun. The only part of the spacecraft which isn't reusable is the clamp used to hold the payload on the back of the plane, this gets discarded.

This design is a heavily modified version of the Aeris 4A with the docking system removed and a completely redistributed tank system to help with the chronic spinout issues.
