Watch this video if you are deciding between a cheaper mainstream motherboard and a more expensive premium motherboard. I bought a B550 chipset motherboard to save a bit of money but turns out I should have spent more and gotten a X570 chipset motherboard instead. When filling up all the PCIe slots with expansion cards the weaknesses of cheaper chipsets are exposed. Best to spend a bit more and have room to expand.
