This is an experiment I made in which I conected the audio input with the audo outpus of a 25W amplifier. The output goes to a transformer taken from an old LCD monitor. The input source power comes from a tranformer which gives 12 V at 750 mA. The output goes to the input of the transformer. It's outpus gives more than 1000V to switch on this dead CFL.
