Using FFMPEG to Live Stream : Adding a GUI with Zenity: Part 6
5In this video, we continue our series on using FFMPEG to live stream to YouTube and other platforms. In the previous video, we created a series of Bash scripts to automate the process of switching from one video input to another. In this video, we add a GUI with the use of a program called Zenity, which allows us to create dialog boxes on the Linux desktop. Specifically, we use the radio list option so the user can only select one option at a time. We go over the loop script and the select script before diving into the GUI script. We initialize two selection variables, and we show you how the Zenity produces its output. We conclude by demonstrating how to get the information into the loop or select into that config file that select.conf.
