#dnd #homebrew #ttrpg
Dungeons & Dragons 5e is no stranger to Homebrewing and homebrewing in general is no stranger to TTRPG gaming and with everybody doing some sort of homebrew in their campaigns, I wanted to put together a video with 10 tips on Using Homebrew in your DnD campaign although it could apply for any TTRPG .. I hope you enjoy and I hope these tips enrich your RPG life! Enjoy!
Today we'll be discussing homebrewing in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, but honestly these rules pretty much cover homebrewing in Tabletops in general. With DnD absolutely blowing up lately, lots of variations of homebrewing take place even in a more traditional by the book session. I want to enrich your tabletop sessions if I can by offering a simple guide that will help you understand and get your creative juices flowing! Now first let's cover what I mean by "HOMEBREW" as this term can get a little complicated: When I refer to homebrew I simply mean anything beyond the official Wizards of the Coast manuals and rulesets. From flavor rolls to completely handmade worlds and adventures. Practically every DM throws SOME degree of Homebrew in their Dungeons & Dragons campaigns from made-up NPCs to quests to entire areas and alters campaigns to fit better with their group, so to say homebrewing is niche just isn't true!
