An example of how the Xploder V3 works on the PlayStation but before that some handy features of this cheat disc:

Important: X key memory card is needed to save any cheat codes you create for this cheat disc.

1: You can view your memory card data only if you have the x key inserted but do not need it if you just want to use the cheat codes.
2: You can play music from the video game or normal Music Cds.
3: You can customize the look of the main menu of this cheat disc.

Getting back to adding cheats to this cheat device I basically went to these great websites below which was one of few that have Xploder V3 cheat codes:

http://www.mogelpower.de/cheats/psx.html

or

https://ecb.isp-vhost04.domservice.de/codebase/daten.php?system=ps1

Found a cheat I liked by searching my game title and the system type I would then find a cheat code which is normally a combination row of 12 numbers and letters.

After finding the cheat code I would go to the main menu on the Xploder V3 but before that make sure I had my x key (normal memory card does not work) to save the new game/cheat codes. I would then select cheats by pressing the x button to take me to the game list menu.

I would then press square on the words new game and type my game title then press ok using the x button, I would then go to my game title. Then the words new cheat description should appear then I would scroll down to it and press square to add a cheat title using the x button. Once finished I would press the down button then go to the words new code and press square again.

At this point, I would type my 12 digit code of numbers and letters using the x button and press x on okay when done. If additional rows are needed just press down on new code under the row of code you have created and repeat the above process.

At this point, I would press the x button on the game title to activate all my new codes or separate if needed by pressing right on my game title and pressing x on the different cheats I have created. Then press start to save my new data on my x key.

I would then press x on the start game words, then change my disc once finished I would press x to go to a loading screen which shows the words please wait game loading which loads your cheats onto the game.

Hopefully, after viewing this cheat disc in action, it will convince you it's worth buying :D
