Got an extremely lucky and fast run at attempt #41, but I couldn't beat that time with 80 attempts more. I feel that Radek's Pecka is beatable, and within my reach, but as the time invested and the number of attempts grow, so does my frustration. At this point I feel I need to move on to other maps, so I guess the time of 4m10 will have to do.

This map itself is not very difficult; well the starting room is hard, but the rest of the areas have several medikits scattered across the map. Still, the berserk is the main weapon throughout the map, and the unpredictability of it's damage makes this run quite frustrating and extremely volatile in time.

I followed the route of [Radek Pecka, 2004] but did a few changes; the most obvious of which is making the baron inside the trap-door in-fight with one of the pinkies, and use that time to punch it to death quickly. Also, I skipped the 4 small medikits near the red key; although it makes the run more risky, it's one less detour to make. In the crusher room I took an extra detour to grab the rocket on the right side; the time loss is insignificant anyway because I need to way for the exit door to open anyway. One extra rocket means being able to pump out 2 rockets when exiting the yellow key room, and killing more lost souls and imps faster.

There were several small mistakes in this run; I bumped into walls several times, picked up a rocket too early and wasted time switching weapons. I believe that without these mistakes, the new changes to the route should allow for a time of 4m07. But I don't see how going below 4mins is possible for now.
