This shows the difference when I take the extra steps.
(1) No difference in process: apply the resin and let 'em roast too close to the UV lamp?
(2) Used magic tape to take any particles, pen torch for bubbles, no change in UV lamp distance.
(3) (4) all of the above, and initially had the UV lamp far away and brought it closer each 1-minute cure.

The most annoying thing is visually I cannot tell when they have fully cured without actually touching it with something which likely results in an indent. Curing too close to the UV lamp can still result in dimples at the end so I need to be careful.
