It's about interaction design, user research, and more importantly, it's a mindset that affects all aspects of game development. This talk is about approaching UX in its broad sense and how to set it as a strategy in a game project and at the studio, from clearly defining the experience for players all the way to setting studio's core values, such as accessibility and ethics.
