The Mercury Crew Elevator from v2.0 is being remade as two different crew elevators for the Mercury spacecraft. First up is the Redstone rollback type, fully remade. It now only has one height, limited to under 20m so it will work with the Tier 1 launch pad. The elevator shaft has been raised up about 4.5m so it will clear the launch stand and the fins. To access the elevator car, there is a ladder to climb up...a low-tech way for the early career. No fancy crew arms here! LOL

Also shown is the new Redstone Launch Stand, which doubles as the Jupiter and Juno launch stand as well.

The Mercury-Redstone shown is the remade one from the upcoming v1.7 of Bluedog Design Bureau.
