New Thor/Delta Launch Stand and Fallback Tower for v2.1 of Modular Launch Pads.

The Launch Stand was designed for the new Bluedog Design Bureau Thor and Delta rockets (including the Delta II, just an upgraded "Straight Eight" Delta), and has three styles: Original Thor type, the Delta II type used at Vandenberg, and a mini-type with only the hold-downs. The hold-downs have three height position options to accomodate the Castor and GEM SRB.

The Fallback Tower has an animated retraction (like the real one, used mostly with the Able-derived upper stages) and three inegrated animated drop umbilicals. The top two umbilicals are adjusted as a single pair, with the the third umbilical being adjusted separately.
