V2.1 Dev Demo: New General Droop-Style Umbilicals

After thinking about it, I figured out a way to make general droop-style umbilicals without them being overly complex to animate. Unlike the adjustable-length straight-type umbilicals, these are fixed in length, but there are four different sizes, each increasing in 0.625m increments for matching up with different stage diameters, e.g. from 2.5m tanks to 1.875m to 1.25m. The mounts also have three alternate types, a simple beam&pipe in different lengths, to allow for the whole umbilical to be moved inward for more precise adjustment.

The longest length type is shown here, along with the v2.1 Mini General Crew Elevator and Mini Crew Arm. The rocket is a mix of stock and Bluedog Design Bureau parts.
