Part 3:
In order to get to Part 3, you must first complete Part 2 in the same sitting, without dying. In this section, the clock will start at 9:30 and subtract :30 after each successful run (this goes until you die).

Your stats and inventory all carry over from one playthrough to the next so at this point, you should be able to just use the Shotgun/Custom 9mm to blast your way through the enemies and find the lab to get the vaccine.

The following trophies are unlocked during this part:
Snake (Find the vaccine in 9:30 or less)
Wolf (Find the vaccine in 9:00 or less)
Crocodile (Find the vaccine in 8:30 or less)
Shark (Find the vaccine in 8:00 or less)
Undead (Find the vaccine in 7:30 or less)
