In this video I will be covering the Skill Activation Proc Rate in Valkyrie Connect. I wanted to see what the activation rate was for each skill level on an item. The sample size was 30,000 in total with 6,000 attempts per skill level. The test was done to hopefully clear up any misinformation out there about the proc rate and hopefully shed light on those who don't have the chance to test it themselves.
