0There is one point in this level (at the first Banzai Bill/4th Dragon Coin) where there is sometimes a 4 platform and other times where there is a slanted platform instead. I don't know if this is a quirk of the emulation or if this was also the case in the original version as well. The other platform can be seen in the video linked below.
Coin #1 (0:09) - After the 3rd platform.
Coin #2 (0:18) - After the 2nd 4 platform.
Coin #3 (0:22) - Right after the previous Coin.
Coin #4 (0:50) - At the 1st Banzai Bill.
Coin #5 (1:01) - After yet another 4 platform and just before the 1-Up Mushroom at the end.
Go down the yellow pipe for a 1-Up lotto section.
