0There are 8 dragon coins in total, it is possible, but difficult to get them all. I get 7 in this video, but to see how to get all 8 then watch the video linked below. I highly recommend bringing a Yoshi into this level because the Fuzzies don't hurt you/knock you off of Yoshi if they touch you (although they can push you off of the platform if you're not careful).
If you're intending to get the Dragon Coins then you'll need to bring a Yoshi into the level. If you're just trying to beat the level then I still recommend bringing a Yoshi, but one can be found in this level if you go down the tube seen at 0:24. You'll need to avoid hitting the first 2 switches and then hit the 3rd and 4th to reach it.
Get the first 3 Dragon Coins along the moving platform by changing the first 2 switches only. Then grab the wings in the block with Yoshi to get the remaining 4 in the flying area.
Coin #1 (0:00) - Hit the first switch so that it is off.
Coin #2 (0:24) - Under the yellow pipe.
Coin #3 (0:34) - At the end of the platform track
Coin #4-7 (0:39) - In the Yoshi flying area.
