This is the Valve Index Controller demo, showing off the things you can do with finger tracking.

Of particular interest is the Rock-Paper-Scissors section where the scissors finger position is artificially animated if you merely hold out two fingers, which would normally just be straight.

Also at the end where you manipulate and tear the envelope requires finger usage and slight pressure, which the controllers sense.
