Valve Pays Hacker $20,000 For Finding A Nasty Bug In Steam
Artem Moskowsky, a self proclaimed bug hunter, found an exploit in Valve Software's Steam software that would allow someone to receive a key for any game they desired. Instead of using this exploit to his advantage and selling this it to nefarious grey market game key resellers, Artem went to Valve themselves and warned them about the exploit, and in turn Valve gave him a $20,000 reward for his findings.
