In order to get to the last boss it is tricky and quite frankly very obscure. You have to unlock the Moongolow level by unlocking unlocking 4 stage's hyper achivement by killing a tough enemy that appears at the 25 minute mark (if ign is right). I was able to unlock that stage without even understanding the route. However in order to get the Yellow Sign you have to kill the strange miniboss with spinning limbs around a head that appears near the end of the 15 minutes on Moongolow that unlocks a temporary stage in stage select to get the Yellow Signat the end. WITH A STANDARD CHARACTER. I ended up using Imelda since I could not understand what a standard character even meant. I tried two different characters but could not unlock that Holy Forbidden. THEN once you have the Yellow Sign you have to timeout the Stage 5 which will then bring you to the last boss fight. Very obscure.
