It was about time I tried this game for myself. It seems that the difficulty is very low if you know what build is the good one, considering that this is supposed to be the hardest level currently available in the game.
As you can see, this was done with the very first character. So the only "trick" to this is having unlocked the duplicator, the candelabrador, and the attractorb (and I guess having enough money to buy those passives you see at the beginning of the video). The rest is mostly optional, since the most important active item in the run, the axe, is available at the beginning of the game. Things like the lightning ring and the bird surely help, but you can probably get that DPS with other fully leveled base items.
