63Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is an action RPG developed by Troika and released in 2004. It takes place in White Wolf's World of Darkness and the protagonist is a newly sired vampire. In part 16 we get lost in the sewers then finally find the Nosferatu.
If combat and sewer wandering aren't your thing (they sure aren't mine) skip to around the 15:00 minute mark.
I'm playing this game as a Malkavian, with a focus on persuasion, seduction and mind control.
If you're looking for jokes or screaming, this probably isn't the Let's Play for you - the main focus is the game with occasional, quiet commentary and observations. I also read the lines of the otherwise silent protagonist. I edit out anything I think will waste your time (loading screens, me getting lost and wandering around aimlessly).
