It's not going to be the best deck you've ever played, but I think the playstyle is a lot of fun and it performs well enough in the current meta. The deck is built around taking advantage of self damage to get a ton of value out of vengeance stuff obviously, but also Succubus and Erinyes. It has enough defensive tools to stay alive against aggro, as well as a lot of burst so you can win because that is a good thing to do. You pretty much win for free with Spiderweb Imp into Succubus into Belphegor into literally any of the 5drops into Dark General/Stolen Life

Here's a short writeup about it.
Against control you mulligan for any minions to try to pressure them. Sometimes they think you're aggro and waste removal on tiny minions and then don't have it for bigger stuff. Mastema only exists for control matchups because of the pressure it puts on them to remove it or eat 6 (or 8) damage next turn. If you don't win by like turn 9 against control you probably just lose, but sometimes you can topdeck into stuff with storm and not lose so that's nice.

Against aggro you just want wards. Grimnir and Spiderweb imp. Hungering horde is good to keep against shadow but if someone's actually playing not shadow on ladder its better to just try for a 2drop. Erinyes is like the best card in the game in these matchups. Dropping Belph on 4 is really risky and comes down to using your best judgement. Sometimes you suicide. Oops. Unless you're getting pushed really hard, hold Dark Generals until you can get storm on them. Don't be afraid to use them to clear board instead of hitting face, though. This is an aggressive deck, but it's not full aggro. If you draw revelation you probably win but Eachtar exists so who knows.
