I was shocked by just how good Vectary is, and if you try it out, I'm pretty sure you will be too. Integrated with tons of free assets, many from Google Poly, you can use it to create game levels with ease. Even in the free tier you can import and export in glTF format for use in your game engine of choice. Additionally there is a fully integrated and full featured 3D polygon modeler built in!
