2. i made this because i recently broke off with someone really close to me due to differing opinions. thing ended on a pretty sour note and iv been really upset and frustrated with some of the things this person has said to me. the reson for making this exactly is because i needed to get my frustration out in a more healthy way then i was previously. i am posting this video because iv moved on and i and others can look back upon those unhealthy coping skills and try to move past them.
