This is footage of me testing Deadly Reflect 6 for my Oblivion Let's Play, after upgrading from DR 5. There is no commentary, just pure gameplay. I had to test it while it was recording, to ensure that recording the game didn't create its own problems. I uploaded these clips to showcase how great the mod can be, but also the bugs that I encountered after only an hours gameplay. I hope you find it fun to watch!

Note the woman being zapped at 0:35. Awesome!!

I had a bit of bother getting it to work. Trying to get the Momentum bar to show crashed the game, so I disabled that. I think that I got it running in a reasonably stable way, though.

The problem with it is full of other bugs, some of which are showcased here, others are less obvious, such as the mod un-equipping my rings on a reload, animations repeating themselves (drawing/sheathing of weapons), the first person marksman view taking away half of the arrow, and other annoying little things that spoil the immersion of the game.
It also makes naked people, but I fixed that by deleting some meshes to restore the default ones.

Whereas I love the new, Dark Messiah-like animations in combat, and I'm sure the new combat system is very dynamic and fun (and horse combat is a real bonus!) there are too many annoying little things for me to include it in the LP as it would detract from the experience of the game too much.

It's a pity, because I really wanted to include the mod. However, I might still attempt to see if I can fix the little things that annoy me with it, if I'm willing to spend the time doing so. The problem is that this risks corrupting the game and jeopardise the LP, so I'm reluctant to mess with it further.
