4,012For some reason Mr. Jadell Ferguson here thought it a good idea to do a bit of speeding the day after he was pulled over doing a bit of speeding. This time though he lowered his speed a tiny bit from 71Mph in a 45 zone top 60-66Mph, but also opted in for some extra stuff in the form of boozing while cruising and refusing to get out of the car after being asked to do so
So now he's windowless, freedom-less and of course brainless if his action are any indication...

On December 4, 2024, Cpl. Robert Young stopped a vehicle on Baseline Road for speeding—71 mph in a 45 mph zone. After running the driver’s info, he gave him a break: just a warning. You’d think that would be appreciated, right? Maybe even lead to safer driving? If you answered yes to these questions, you would be mistaken.
Unfortunately, Jadell Ferguson had other plans.
Fast forward to December 6, 2024, just after 2:00 a.m.—Cpl. Young spotted a vehicle weaving in and out of its lane going between 60–66 mph in the same 45 mph zone. Surprise! It was Ferguson again. This time, things escalated quickly.
With the smell of alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech, Ferguson was asked to step out for Field Sobriety Exercises. His response? Chanting “Lawyer” repeatedly (Pro tip: Internet advice on traffic stops rarely ends well).
Ferguson refused to exit the vehicle and grabbed Cpl. Young’s arm, even tried to roll up his window to avoid being removed. After multiple warnings, Cpl. Young had no choice but to break the window and escort Ferguson out.
Ferguson was arrested for DUI, Resisting an Officer with Violence, and Obstruction without Violence. He also refused a breath sample, so… goodbye license.
It’s not just about your safety—it’s about everyone else’s too.
P.S. During an inventory search of his vehicle, Cpl. Young located a loaded handgun right next to an open container of a half-empty beer.
