Rumor 1: Where’s Grim???
Both Grim and Tommy Salami are both inexplicably absent from GTS Pandora at the height of their rivalry. Where could it go next?
Rumor 2: Brian Myers Leaving VGW?
Current GTS YouTube Wrestling Figures Heavyweight Champion Brian Myers is looking to bring his time in VGW to a close. It’s expected that Brian Myers will leave after losing the title or after the last PPV under WWE2K17, which is the SuperPop Memorial Show in October.
Rumor 3: Tag Team Controversy
Both Monsters Asylum and Doom Crew were knocked out of contention for the tag titles due to poor referee awareness. After GTS Pandora, Doom Crew will get an opportunity to face the team the lost against: The Whack N’ Whomp Express. Monsters Asylum’s Giant Leather and Sprinkles the Clown both have matches at GTS Pandora and will hopefully work out their frustrations against their respective opponents.
Rumor 4: Status Quo Retiring Soon?
VGW Owner/Founder/Superstar Quincy McDonald AKA Status Quo has been with the company since the beginning (1998), but didn’t start wrestling until 1999. After years of ups and downs, title wins and losses, and multiple gimmicks (check out The Wrestlemania History of Quincy McDonald playlist on my page), is McDonald closing in on retirement? That’s what some sources are saying since he hasn’t been booked in many VGW matches during the GTS Invasion. Quincy himself has stated that retirement is currently not in the cards yet, but realizes that it’s coming soon.
