I went to get my meter to check the voltage coming out of the Vic-20 power supply...and well, let us just say that it could have gone better...sigh...I am always nervous poking around with meters...do not do this at home...and I still do not know if the Vic works!
From Episode 1893...
I got a Vic-20 from the original owner...it was in the original packaging...and it had been tucked away since about 1985 or so...now, does it work is the question of the day, and I will UN-BOX it and see what I can find...it is one of the machines that had the two prong power supply...so it is early...and even though it worked when it was put away, well it may or may not work now...you just never know!
