You need an iPhone,
a Mac,
A lightning cable
and QuickTime.
Plug the iPhone into the mac, open Quicktime, select 'new movie recording', then select your iPhone as the video and audio input in the QuickTime options.
You are then able to record what you do on your iPhone using QuickTime, or even display it full screen on the Macs screen.
