In this edition of our 3UPMOON Viewer Request Retro Nights, we take on the following games:

001 ~ The Magical Quest: starring Mickey Mouse (@GrimBOMB)

~ A classic Capcom platformer, that is the first of a trilogy of well-known platformers on the Super Nintendo. They were all also remade for the Nintendo Gameboy Advance years later, and it's a fairly short game. Very fun though and each level is designed to work well with each of the game's limited power-up suits.

002 ~ Porky Pig's Haunted Holiday (@itterama)

~ Another 1993 Sunsoft developed SNES Looney Tunes platformer, with a weird theme. A holiday and a haunted theme? Definitely some wacky inspiration in this one and it plays a lot like Bugs Bunny's Rabbit Rampage, with a similar pie-throwing mechanic and large character sprites.

003 ~ Super Strike Eagle (@SelbaekStreams)

~ A flight-simulator / top-down shooter game with a few different perspectives, and one that showcases the Super FX2 Chip and Mode 7 capabilities of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It does come stocked with some compressed audio files / sound clips, which is always a pleasure.
