Wanting to start a riot, Alastor patrols the city.
Key Notes:
- He's not as bad as Silvia in terms of defense in this episode, even though not having VFX is really irritating at times. Good thing he has a double jump either way.
Mini-Boss: Captain Blue
- He's still the same, but there's a huge hindrance in this fight. Cars come out from the left side of the battle, and they can take a chunk of hearts. It's recommended to stay at the right side, but don't stick to the wall or else Captain Blue might radiate electric shocks.
- If you unlock Ultra Violet Kick at the shop, then the captain can be stun-locked. Just act quick whenever his aura comes up, and keep an eye on the VFX.
Mini-Boss: That Mexican Bianco Dude (Joker)
- He hasn't changed since the last time, but the flowing water makes it hard to get to him at times if it's against you... Zooming and Slowing when using Ultra Violet Kick gives insane damage to it, though.
Mini-Bosses: Black Thunder x2
- The same strategy stills follows the same process. It's just two of them this time, one after the other.
- However, do note that the far right side of the battle has a hidden box behind the cat sign that has a 5 V-Film (the other ones on the left have lives). Carefully use Mach Speed (preferably level 2 or 3) in one of the enemies they deploy to claim it. In case the fight is over and you don't get somebody to use as a punching bag, have 20 or more Shocking Pink bombs. They act very good for getting background boxes.
