I've always been a fan of the more obscure systems – those out of the mainstream spotlight, those that lurk in a weird parallel universe.

The Gamate was one such system – released as a competitor to the Nintendo GameBoy and with similar specs. There were around 60-70 games in total released for it. It is hard to film the screen but I try to show off the games I have with a few minutes gameplay. As always games are shown running on actual hardware.

This is Vindicators - a clone of a simialr game that is released on many different platforms. Small but detailed sprites and responsive controls make this one a lot of fun.

I am intending to upload more handheld videos for a range of systems so let me know if you enjoy these videos.
