This recital of organ music is performed on the newly renovated organ of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Fort Collins. The organ of St. Luke’s was built in 1973 by Lawrence Phelps, who designed CSU’s Casavant organ in 1968. The two instruments are sisters in a way, each with their own personality. Where CSU’s organ took cues from the North German baroque, St. Luke’s organ drew inspiration from the French baroque. This program features works by J. S. Bach, Nicolas de Grigny, W. A. Mozart, and Franz Liszt.

The performance was recorded by the RAMProductions student live event production team. RAMProductions was created by the Department of Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University with support from Campus Television (CTV), the College of Liberal Arts, and CSU External Relations.
