With Pandan's meticulous placement of the enemy units, if you attack one, you would probably get hit by 3 or 4 of them during enemy phase. Take note that there is a ballista, bishop with purge and a wyvern lord able to attack quite close to the entrance.
Once you deal with those nonsense, split your party up to get all the items, since this is turn limited, you might not have enough time to get them all if you group everyone together.
Reinforcements will appear near the top village, the area near Lori, and the stair tiles too. So don't push too far into the enemy territory.
