What you will need to make my yummy famous meatballz
a large mixing bowl combine:
1 pound ground beef use more if needed
1 pound hot or mild Italian sausage.
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Cut mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch cubes to stuff inside the meatballs.
Slow cook them for about 4 hours..
