Info:
When subscribing to a Steam Workshop addon/map, it gets saved in Progarm/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/[appid] (which in the case of Garry's mod is 4000) and then the id of the workshop addon (usually you can find this in the link of the steam page)
It gets saved as a compressed .gma file, which you can uncompress using gmad.exe in the root folder of garry's mod. Doing this gives a .bsp file which you can run in Garry's mod. However, in order to explore the map in Hammer, you need a .vmf file, you can do this with BSPSrc.
Hammer is a map editor used for Source games. It is always installed together with the game, and is usually found in [Root folder of the game]/bin, entitled "hammer.exe"

ent_fire tari_tp_dest kill (to kill the info_teleport_destination that's preventing you from exploring the map)

Extra:
There is nothing on the tv screen inside of the train. You can get inside of there by typing "ent_fire locomotive_tp kill"
