Vodyani Part 3
3This is something you can do against Vodyani players that don't know how to get more arcs. If the Vodyani player is getting fast essence, they don't have to give a crap since they'll usually be able to pop arcs before you can siege down their cities. However, I should be sitting scouts on top of my cities since that lets me pop the city up if they're in multiple different stacks over 4.
