In Void Bastards, the "Boss" level modifier creates a Boss version of a regular enemy on the level, with 10x the normal health of the regular version of that enemy.

The toughest enemy in the game is the Trusty Screw, with 3,000 health (most enemies have around 40 to 150 health, the fully upgraded pistol does 23 damage and the fully upgraded SMG does 10 damage. The fully upgraded rocket launcher does 360 damage).

In the ultra-rare circumstance in which you have a level with Trusty Screws and the Boss modifier, you get the Boss Trusty Screw, with an insane 30,000 health. The game's damage values are roughly comparable to Doom, so you can think of that as 7.5 Cyberdemons stacked on top of each other.

Of course, you can just Rift or Scramble him in one shot like any other enemy, but where's the fun in that?
