I play as a ball, and the ball gets bigger each time it eats a yellow dot, and can eventually break out of boxes of increasing size. But the view is first-person and spins as the ball spins, so things can get a bit confusing to say the least.
I think this game is quite cool. It's not like anything I have played.
Although in my playthrough I didn't see any vomiting. Maybe I missed something, heh.
