Uploader's note: I'm playing on a modified Vomitoreum which a fix for the second to last boss. scumhead knows about this problem and I think he and his team are working on a patch for it.
Uploader's bug report:
first: the dragon has a huge chance of spawning a Wombpod outside of the map (you'll see this in the second part)
second: after fighting eve the way into the metro closes off, which can kill a 100% without cheats (this run uses cheats to get missing enemies) it would be a good idea to make player size hole in the wall after the eve fight just in-case the player misses a enemy or two there.
