How to create a Minecraft server (Java) for both VR and PC players. Do avoid Win10 on Oculus Home (incompatible).

1- Download client and server JAR files - https://mcversions.net/
2- Unpackage to C:\Users\username or similar using this in start, run, cmd
"java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar"
3- Run server EXE, find EULA file to update from False to True, and configure server properties
(optional) Notepad++ - https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
4- Configure Port Forwarding for both UDP/TCP between ports 25565-25565 (for help: https://portforward.com/):
From external IP (https://www.whatismyip.com/) -to- Local IP (use start, run, cmd, ipconfig, IPv4 address)
5- Run server again. Add yourself as an Operator (admin) via "/op username" in the server application.
6- Check internet connection on server

1- Install Minecraft client (Java edition) - https://minecraft.net/
2- Download and install Vivecraft (non-Forge version preferred for first time setup) - http://www.vivecraft.org/
3- Log into your server using the External IP address from Server setup step 4 above.
4- Return to server and set up any other Ops (admins)
5- (optional) Textures (64px version shown in video) - https://r3dcraft.net/download.php
6- (optional) Shaders - http://shadersmods.com/sonic-ethers-unbelievable-shaders-mod/
7- (optional) Look for install for Vivecraft hand movements add-on to allow PC players see hand movements
