In this Dev Log, we'll be showing you how we've been working on enemy AI and physics for the pirate ship in Sail VR.

Our VR Pirate Ship now uses Unity's physics system for movement and we have Enemy AI ready to be added to the SAIL VR world.

Red Team 19 VR has been working hard to get the final necessary components of Sail built and we are almost there. We just updated the pirate ship's movement to use physics calculations and the result is VR bumper boats. hahaha. But in all seriousness the new VR Pirate Ship Physics add a lot to the gameplay.

We also have a much better enemy AI designer we can start using to make Enemy AI. The AI are using a version of Behavior Designer from the Unity Asset Store. This means we can modify their actions and AI patterns using a user friendly user interface instead of hard coding everything.

Now that we have almost all the components we need for Sail to happen we are going to start mashing all the pieces together into one big sandbox to try and start play testing the vr game design.
