Did you know that there's a MongoDB VS Code extension? This extension allows you to connect to your MongoDB cluster inside vs code. just use your connection string to add a connection. Now you can access all of your databases within the cluster. Let's create a new playground. In a playground you can perform any database queries you want. In this example we're adding a new collection inserting a bunch of data then running an aggregation pipeline on the new data and finally returning the results of the aggregation. To run the code just press the play button at the top then you'll see the results. If you go back to your databases, you'll see a new database called MongoDB VS Code playgrounddb and a sales collection within that you'll see all of the documents that were inserted you can even open any of the documents to see them and even edit them all from inside VS Code.
