Ⓦ Dead Space 3 Walkthrough ▪ Impossible - Chapter 9
65My apologies for most of this video being so damn dark. Apparently, the game randomly switched the brightness settings to the default for some reason...then later changed it back to where I had it before. I didn't even notice until I watched the finished product. o_0
Anyways; I screwed up my weapon setup before the Snowbeast fight the first time (and didn't notice until after I'd started the fight), so that's why I inserted that transition at the Bench there (had to go back to the Supply Depot via Chapter Select and make a quick run back to where I was at to fix my weapon).
The Shotgun and Rocket Launcher are great for the Snowbeast because they can knock off multiple tentacles in one shot and you don't have to be too precise with either. For Impossible, the Rocket Launcher needs at least +3 DMG and an Explosion Amplifier to reliably blow off all three tentacles with one shot (+2 DMG can work, but you have to be a bit more precise with the placement of the rocket or it only blows off 1 or 2).
