- Yes, you can catch enemy rockets in mid-air with Kinesis and throw them back. Those bastards don't seem so cheap now, huh?
- For the drill, the easiest/safest way to do it is to just speed through that section as quickly as possible with the Seeker Rifle (which can one-shot the drill core each time)
