Ⓦ Dead Space 3 Walkthrough ▪ Impossible - Chapter 13
49Alright, slightly different setup for the Snowbeast, here.
Even with +7-8 Damage and an Explosion Amplifier, a Rocket Launcher doesn't blow off all 3 tentacles as reliably as it did in the previous 2 fights (you basically have to nail it right around the base of the middle tentacle for it to work), so I go with my trusty Shotgun for tentacle-killing duty.
In addition, I pair it up with a Grenade Launcher to take out the 4 Slashers without having to spend much time on them.
