To finish the game with the Minutemen at this point, you have to become enemies with the Institute by either siding with the Brotherhood for Mass Fusion, or killing a named non-synth NPC in the Institute. I figured I might as well do Mass Fusion/Spoils of War for a chance at some legendaries.
After that is watching my missile turrets at the Castle slaughter the Institute invaders. The only thing you really have to watch out for here is that sometimes one of the synths (probably a legendary) might spawn with a Fat Man, which is why I built a nice high platform to observe the battlefield from.
Next time we'll be finishing up the main story.
