0Ra's Al Ghoul Boss Battle
OK, let's open a can of deep fried worms on how to best this 600 year old demon lord. First, we take a drink of the Lazarus Pit. Follow Ra's as he floats around the arena. Here's where you learn to dive bomb. Press the ZR Trigger to dive bomb and release it to gain some lift. Just like you would if flying a hang glider. Be careful though, if you touch anything, you'll die. You'll fight some sand figures with swords. This phase is divided into 2 stages. Once you clear the second stage, you'll be returned to Wonder City. There the League of Assassin Ninjas will hold up their swords in salute as you pass by. Thalia ail then open the way to Ra's Lair
Second Phase. Now, the true battle begins as Ra's transports you to the Hellish landscape once again. There, you will fight him. He splits up into various figures with swords. Finding and attacking the real Ra's will damage him. He'll also grow into a large figure and send a stream of swords at you. Dodge this as you use a quick Remote Electrical Charge (LZ Trigger and A at the same time) Sometimes, he'll perform an aerial attack which can be countered by pressing X. He'll then attack you. Keep tapping X to counter his constant slashes until he's worn out. He'll be stunned for a moment. This is your chance to let him have it. Do this quickly, before he recovers.
Like the first phase, this part of the battle was divided in 2 stages with an interlude with Thalia.
The second stage is a bit more difficult as Ra's splits up into more dopplegangers. Like before, try to find the real Ra's. He'll use a different tactic by using his dopplegangers to try to encircle you and attack you from all sides. To counter this, press X. His other tactics are pretty much the same, except more difficult to counter. Rinse and repeat your tactics you did before and let him have it. Once the battle is finished, Ra's will take Thalia hostage at knife point. This is where you learn how to use the Rebound Batarang. Target Ra's Al Ghoul's head and hold the R shoulder button and release it. This will finish the battle and you'll be rewarded with a cutscene where you take a sample of his blood and lose the favour of Thalia.
