Walker vs Landon, Part 1
0This short video was taken on New Year's Eve, and features my son Walker (green saber) and his friend Landon (no saber yet, to be added). This is just a raw upload to test my new roto technique. I will make a part 2, where Landon has a blue lightsaber. Then in part 3, I'll add special effects, such as contact flashes and impacts against the walls.
The props used were two N-Force Nerf swords, with a cloth taped to the end because rough play had worn away the tips to reveal the plastic cores. I didn't want anyone to get hurt, so I had to cover them. And this is why the green saber looks wide at the end at all times, instead of smooth and narrow.
And don't mind the mess. It was New Year's Eve, and we were just having a spur of the moment.
