Today, I got to bring my camera to my Ice Rink Job for the very first time. If I've seemed Unproductive with Videos lately, it might just be because I spend more of my working time around this thing than making other videos.

We have two of them. This one uses Automatic Features to make the job easier, which you can notice the Antenna on the back, while the second one (which was right behind me, but didn't show since it has Location-Specific Sponsors on it) is more Manual and takes a bit more effort to handle, as you have to always be moving the wheel to shave off the proper amount of ice.

Currently, I haven't been Qualified to actually drive it myself quite yet, but am in the Training Phase. Here, it is has the "Bucket" attached to the rear, which is a Back Seat for me to sit in as the Driver sits in the Main Seat and I can watch everything. I usually get anywhere from 1 to 3 rides every Shift (today I got 2). My hope is to eventually be an Olympic Zamboni Driver and do Resurfacing in the 2034 Olympics.

That banging you hear is the sound of Hockey Pucks hitting the glass. They're extremely loud, and they're why I usually avoid standing within the Rink Area when Hockey takes place as they really can take a toll. Not every Loudred has Soundproof. I myself have Scrappy. And then later, I'm usually assigned to go look around the area and pick up any stray Pucks that fell out of the Rink and put them back.
